Charles R. Rosamilia, Jr.

Charles R. Rosamilia, Jr. earned his Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1978. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Rosamilia established his own practice in the Lock Haven area and has been faithfully serving clients in Central Pennsylvania for over 40 years. Mr. Rosamilia has represented numerous clients in State and Federal Courts in a diverse range of legal proceedings, including Personal Injury Matters, Workers' Compensation, Social Security/Disability, Real Estate Law, and many other legal specialties. 

Mr. Rosamilia is active in a number of professional organizations including the Clinton County Bar Association, and is the sitting President of the Keystone Central School Board.  Mr. Rosamilia is a life-long resident of Clinton County and has resided in the City of Lock Haven for the past 40 years.

Randy P. Brungard

Randy P. Brungard received his Juris Doctorate from the Duquense University School of Law in 1980.  Mr. Brungard has successfully argued both criminal and civil cases in front of the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts.  His areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Domestic Law, Estate Planning and Administration, and Real Estate Law.

Mr. Brungard is the current President of the Clinton County Bar Association, and has been a member of the Lock Haven Area Rotary Club for the past 20 years.  Additionally, Mr. Brungard has served as an active PIAA Wrestling Official for the past 26 years, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Breeder's Association.  Mr. Brungard has served as a guest lecturer at Penn State University on the topic of Equine Law.

C. Rocco Rosamilia, III

Rocco Rosamilia earned his Juris Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2008, and joined the firm of Rosamilia, Brungard & Rosamilia that same year.  Since that time, Mr. Rosamilia has been actively representing clients in Personal Injury, Custody, Divorce, Real Estate, Criminal Law, Estate Planning and a variety of other matters.

Thom Rosamilia graduated from the Duquesne University School of Law with his Juris Doctorate in 2008.  After graduation, Mr. Rosamilia joined the law firm of Chiurazzi and Mengine in Pittsburgh as an associate, working on matters involving Personal Injury, Employment Law, Business Law and other general litigation matters.  Mr. Rosamilia returned to Lock Haven in 2010 to join the practice of Rosamilia, Brungard & Rosamilia, and currently focuses on Personal Injury matters, Contract Disputes, Business Formation, Bankruptcy, and various other legal issues.

Mr. Rosamilia is a member of the Clinton County Bar Association and is certified to practice in Federal Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania, as well as in front of the Board of Veterans' Appeals (VA).

Mr. Rosamilia currently serves as the Treasurer of the Clinton County Bar Association, as well as the Young Lawyers' Division Delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates for Zone 11.
